Reuse of condensate:
The Unitstaal solution consist of a collection vessel with pump.
You install the condensate collector close to the aggregates using steam.
The pressure from the incoming steam in the aggregate or the heat exchangers moves the condensate into the vessel.
The condensate are stored in the vessel. The pump starts and stops on signals from level indicators and pumps the hot condensate back to the kettle system.
Reuse of ice water
For reuse of ice water the solution, consist of a customised collection system for cooling water. You can reuse the collected water as cooling water or for CIP purposes.
The typical capacity is 6.400 l/h.
